Wake Memorial Park has taken into consideration the many different options that a family may choose whether they are preplanning or have already suffered a loss.

Traditional Ground Burial

Whether you prefer our beautiful bronze- on-granite section or the upright monument area, our affordable spaces and plans can fit any budget. This enables each family to protect their spouse or children from added financial and emotional burdens by preplanning. Wake Memorial Park requires a burial vault for ground burial, and offers affordable, quality vaults. Single or companion memorial markers can be designed to each family’s individual preference, marking a life to be remembered.

Mausoleum Crypt Entombment

From the great pyramids of Egypt, to the Taj Mahal, and even the tomb of Christ, entombment is one of the oldest forms of burial. Today an increasing number of people are again choosing this dignified manner for their final resting choice. Wake Memorial Park’s Chapel/Mausoleum offers both interior and exterior crypts. We also provide the option of crypt entombment for the individual, or tandem crypts for those couples desiring a true-companion design, along with single or companion memorial markers.

Private Estates

Private estate above ground lawn crypts are available for individuals or families with a variety of personal choices serving those who prefer entombment outside of the mausoleum environment.

Cremation

For those who choose cremation, a columbariam niche is the premier choice for a final resting place. Niches may hold one or two urns and provide a secure and peaceful location for visitation and remembrance. Niche plates provide a record of remembrance on the face of each niche. In addition, some families are choosing to have their urn’s buried in a more traditional ground manner which we can accommodate at Wake Memorial Park.

Designated Church Gardens

With church properties at a premium, some are choosing to designate a specific area of a public cemetery for their members in particular. Wake Memorial Park would be honored to discuss your home church partnering with us in a specially designated area.
